Description

We would like to set up a ticket tracking system on the WPLUG server, to enable us to better track the things we are working on. The solution should be lightweight, easy to operate, and relatively easy to administer.

Cool, apparently you can have multiple CC recipients - just that ordinary users (without TICKET_EDIT_CC permission) can only add or remove themselves.
