Ticket links in notification e-mails for wplug-internet Trac instance are broken

Description
The links to tickets (and to this Trac project homepage) that are provided in ticket notification e-mails no longer work since the Trac instance was moved to trac.wplug.org. They are missing the project / environment name, which causes them to point to the wrong place.

"base_url" configuration property in trac.ini was changed to add "/wplug-internet" project name to the end of the URL.
